Refund Policy

Digital IDP Refunds

Refunds are not allowed for online/digital International Driving Permits (IDPs). Once an order is placed, the digital IDP is delivered instantly via email, and the service is considered fully rendered. The base price of the digital IDP is locked at the time of purchase, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or cancellation after purchase.
  • Errors in user-provided information during the application process.
  • Inability to use the digital IDP due to local regulations or restrictions.

By placing an order for a digital IDP, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Physical IDP Refunds

For physical IDPs (plastic cards and booklets), the delivery time provided is an estimate/indication and not a guaranteed timeframe. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Issues with shipping service providers (e.g., postal delays, customs clearance).
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the user.
  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

Refunds will not be issued for delays of up to 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date. If your physical IDP has not been delivered after 4 weeks, please contact us at support@GlobalDriverPermit.org for assistance.

Refunds for physical IDPs are only considered in the following scenarios:

  • The product is lost in transit and cannot be recovered.
  • The product is damaged upon delivery (proof of damage must be provided).

In such cases, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund at our discretion.

General Refund Terms

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@GlobalDriverPermit.org within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • GlobalDriverPermit.org reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason not explicitly stated in this policy.
